Two shows in two days: first outside in St. Pete, and then again indoors in Orlando at the House of Blues. You could tell that Paul, Daniel and Sam were truly enjoying playing this show. Writing this post month’s later, I’ve had the chance to listen to the band’s Spotify Sessions EP from February 2015, where drummer Sam Fogarino says they prefer a “medium-sized room” as opposed to big festival shows “because you’re not these little pin drops on stage.”

To sum up the show:

• Same set as the nite before, and every bit as awesome.
• Still no “Rest My Chemistry.”
• Interpol is a beautifully polished version of what rock-and-roll should be.
• THESE GUYS ARE SO GOOD.

And then, #Winterpol.
